Currently the Union County Volunteer Guardian Program is run by one paid staff member, Executive Director Sally Leatherman.

UCVGP also has three volunteer attorneys.

About the UCVGP Executive Director
Sally Leatherman, BA, MBA, CPM has 30+ years of professional experience which includes project management, web development, account management, mediation and retail ownership. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Capital University and her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Otterbein College. She is also a Certified Project Manager and previously worked at Nationwide Insurance for 20 years.

Mrs. Leatherman has been a volunteer guardian for six years in Franklin County and also delivered for Meals on Wheels and volunteered at the Franklin County Food Bank. Mother of three grown children, she and her husband live in Union County.
